My approach blends structure with softness — combining mindful movement, breathwork, and sustainable habit-building to support real life, not escape from it. Sessions are personalised, grounded, and designed to meet you exactly where you are.

Practical

In-person

For in-person sessions, you are welcome to attend at my home practice space, or I can travel to you within Aberdeen and surrounding Aberdeenshire areas. Travel is reflected clearly in the pricing of each option, so there are no hidden costs or surprises.

If visiting your home, I am happy to bring any necessary equipment — including mats, blocks, straps, and other supportive props — so you can simply focus on the practice.

On-line

Online sessions are delivered via secure video call and offer the same personalised attention as in-person practice. You’ll receive guidance tailored to your body and goals, with clear verbal cueing and demonstration to support your practice from wherever you are. All you need is a quiet space and a stable internet connection.

Partner and Group Bookings
